What to Expect
Typically our events are around 4-6 hours. We typically meet at the venue and have a quick meeting to brief everyone on what to expect and the flow of the day. Collectively as part of the Service Team: You'll help with set up, and get to work making the event a success! Each event will have an Event Manager. The Event Manager will assure the day is organized, with great communication and our team members are set up for success!
Scheduling & Postions
In most cases, schedules will be posted on our App the month prior to the event. Our app will allow you to see your schedule, communicate with us, and pick up shifts. It will also keep up with your hours and pay due so we're all on the same page!
Our team consists of several employees that use our company for the most part as a supplement income as most of our events are on weekends and during the evenings.
You can work as little or as much as you want with us!
Positions
Culinary Experts - cooks, create menus, assist with loading trucks, food ordering, cleaning, dishes, and creating an explosion of flavors!
Event Managers - lead a team at our events. These are vital members of our business. They are responsible for setting up, break down, all team members at the event, great communications with event organizers
Bartenders - set up the bar, break down the bar. Creates amazing drinks and conversations. Our bartenders jump in where needed, they are team players! Always has a professional image and a great smile!
Event Team - assist with setup and breakdown, serving our clients. Maintaining a professional image, serving, buffet serving, light clean up, and having a great time!
